Geneture Gene Sequencing Kit

GenetureSeq Prep Kit-HLA Genotyping Panel

Human Leucocyte Antigen (HLA), which is the expression product of human major histocompatibility complex (MHC). It is located in a 3.6Mb region on the short arm of chromosome 6, 6p21.3, and plays an important role in antigen presentation to the immune system. It is the most complex polymorphism system known in human body, each gene has thousands of alleles. HLA is associated with susceptibility and resistance to many autoimmune and infectious diseases.

Based on probe hybridization capture and next generation sequencing, this kit can achieve high-resolution HLA typing with high throughput and low cost, and provide clinical basis for transplantation, blood transfusion, medication, disease risk and immunotherapy.

Product Features:

1. Wide coverage: Design of encrypted polymorphism probes for classical HLA-I (A, B, C), HLA-II (DR, DP, DQ) and non-classical HLA-I (E, F, G), HLA-II (DO, DM) and other related genes.

2. High detection efficiency: hybrid capture +NGS sequencing method can support the hybridization of multiple samples, obtain higher sequencing depth with less sequencing data, and obtain stable high-resolution HLA typing.

3. High probe stability: The DNA probe has high stability.

Storage Condition:

The reagent was composed of three parts, Part1 and Part3 need to be transported at -15 ℃ to -20℃ and valid for 12 months at -20±5 ℃. Part2 needs 2~8 ℃ constant temperature transportation, valid for 12 months at 2~8 ℃.

Additional Information

Principle:

HLA is located in A 3.6M polymorphic region on the short arm of human chromosome 6, which is involved in immune response. The HLA complex can be divided into three main regions, namely, the classical HLA class I (HLA-A, B, C), the classical HLA class II (HLA-DP, DQ, DR) and the non-classical HLA class.

HLA contains a large number of alleles, and the genotypes carried by different individuals have different degrees of difference. In addition to the HLA matching rate between monozygotic twins is 100%, even the chance of dizygotic twins being completely matched is only 25%.
