It uses an environmentally friendly way to remove paraffin, without the traditional toxic organic solvent (xylene), and uses a unique separation function of magnetic beads and buffer system to effectively remove the influence of formalin cross-linking on the genome. To isolate and purify high-quality genomic DNA from paraffin-embedded tissue samples rapidly, highly sensitive and efficiently. The DNA extracted by this kit can be used for a variety of downstream applications, such as PCR, SNP gene analysis, STR gene analysis, etc.
