Hematologic neoplasms are highly heterogeneous. Next-generation sequencing (NGS), as a new molecular biology technology, has the advantages of high throughput, high sensitivity and low cost. It is an important means to explore the molecular pathogenesis of hematological malignancies and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.

This kit is based on liquid phase hybridization capture and next generation sequencing technology, and can be used for research and analysis of hematological malignancies (AML, ALL, MPN, MDS). Hema 117 Panel covers all the coding regions of genes involved in the Chinese expert consensus on the application of next generation sequencing technology in hematological neoplasms, CDS region containing 110+ related genes, HLA-related genes, MSI, chemotherapy sites, A variety of mutation information (including point mutation, insertion/deletion, amplification, etc.) can be detected at the DNA level, which can assist the diagnosis, classification, prognosis determination, treatment guidance, minimal residual disease (MRD) detection, etc.
