This kit is used to extract high-quality genomic DNA from whole blood samples. It usually employs a magnetic bead and buffer system with unique separation effects to extract DNA from a sample quickly, highly sensitive, and efficiently. Guanidine salt, surfactant and protease were used to destroy the virus shell and release the nucleic acid in the buffer system. Special coated magnetic beads were added, and the magnetic beads had a strong affinity for the target nucleic acid under the buffer system.
