Pan-solid Tumor 180 is a liquid phase capture probe kit designed and developed for the relatively comprehensive detection of solid tumors and the cost controllability under high depth sequencing. It uses independently synthesized high-precision DNA probes, covering 180+ genes related to the occurrence, development, medication and prognosis of solid tumors, and the target region is about 0.4M.
This kit is based on liquid phase hybridization capture and next generation sequencing technology, and it can detect a variety of mutation information including point mutation, insertion/deletion, amplification, copy number variation, microsatellite instability, and tumor mutation burden in solid tumor tissue, blood cfDNA and other samples in a single experiment, and realize the guidance of chemotherapy, targeted drugs, and immune drugs for tumor patients.

Storage Condition:
