Pan-solid Tumor 1100 Panel

Pan-cancer large panels usually contain more than several hundred genes and cover 1 to 3 million genomic regions. Compared with panels for a single cancer type, large panels can cover more gene regions.

The Geneture Pan-solid Tumor 1100 Panel refers to the guiding guidelines of NCCN, FDA, NMPA, etc., and disease databases such as CLINVAR and COSMIC; it covers the entire coding regions of more than 450 genes including EGFR, BRAF, etc., HLA-related typing genes, common chemotherapy medication guidance sites such as CYP2C9*2 and MTHFR polymorphisms, 50 classic MSI sites such as BAT-25, BAT-26, and D5S346, intron regions of 51 genes such as ALK, ROS1, and NTRK1, SNP individual identification sites, and a total of ~2M regions involving more than 1100 genes.
