This kit can isolate and purify high-quality nucleic acids from serum, plasma, lymph fluid, allantoic fluid, semen, saliva, oral swabs, cell-free body fluids, cell culture supernatants, or various nucleic acid preservation solutions. Using magnetic beads and buffer system with unique separation function, viral DNA and RNA can be extracted from samples rapidly, highly sensitive and efficiently. Guanidine salt, surfactant and protease were used to destroy the virus shell and release the nucleic acid in the buffer system. Special coated magnetic beads were added, and the magnetic beads had a strong affinity for the target nucleic acid under the buffer system. When the conditions changed, the magnetic beads released the adsorbed nucleic acid, and the washing system could remove the impurities such as proteins and small molecules in the solution. It can achieve the purpose of rapid isolation and purification of nucleic acid without the use of toxic reagents such as chloroform. This kit can also be used for automatic extraction.

Storage Condition:

Lysis Buffer B was transported at room temperature and stored at 2-8 ℃ for long-term storage. The remaining components are transported at room temperature and can be stably stored at room temperature (15-25) °C for 18 months.
