Amy 16L is designed for large volume samples and low content nucleic acid extraction, with a maximum processing volume of 11 mL. In combination with self-developed large-volume consumables, high-efficiency lysis and purification of low-copy samples such as plasma cell-free DNA, amniotic fluid, pleural effusion and ascites, virus preservation solution and environmental metagenome were realized to ensure high recovery rate of nucleic acid and the sensitivity and reliability of downstream detection.
