This kit was used to isolate and purify high-quality cell-free DNA fragments from 1-4 ml plasma. This process does not contain toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform, and uses magnetic beads and buffer system with unique separation effect, which is fast, highly sensitive and effective to extract the target cfDNA from plasma samples. The kit is based on specially coated magnetic beads, which have a strong affinity for the target nucleic acid under the buffer system.
