GenetureSeq Prep Kit-Hi-Exon 35 Panel
Exons contain the information needed to synthesize proteins. Although the human exome only accounts for 1% of the human genome, more than 85% of diseases caused by DNA mutations come from the variation of exon region. Compared with the whole genome sequencing, it is more convenient, economical and efficient, and its target region coverage is also higher, which is convenient for mutation detection.
Geneture Hi-Exon 35 Panel sequencing kit is designed for NGS library preparation and whole exon region enrichment of DNA derived from human samples (such as tissue or blood). The generated libraries can be used in downstream sequencing instruments and analysis pipelines to detect nucleic acid variants in whole exon regions. It can provide a basis for genetic disease screening, tumor gene detection, and disease scientific research.

Product Features:
1. Wide coverage: it contains 410,000 DNA probes, covering 200,000 CDS regions of more than 19,000 genes, and 34.1M target interval, which can achieve 50bp capture of flanking regions.

Storage Condition:
The reagent was composed of three parts, Part1 and Part3 need to be transported at -15 ℃ to -20 ℃ and valid for 12 months at -20±5 ℃. Part2 needs 2~8℃ constant temperature transportation, valid for 12 months at 2~8℃.
