Pan-solid Tumor 1100 Panel is designed by NCCN, FDA, NMPA and other guidelines, CLINVAR, COSMIC and other disease databases, containing more than 1100 genes. It contains tumor genes, HLA related typing genes, common chemotherapy guidance sites, and MSI sites.
Based on liquid phase hybridization capture and next generation sequencing technology, a variety of mutation information, including point mutation, insertion/deletion, amplification, copy number variation, microsatellite instability, and tumor mutation burden, can be detected in solid tumor tissue, blood cfDNA and other samples in a single experiment, so as to guide chemotherapy, targeted drugs, and immune drugs for tumor patients.

Storage Condition：
