GenetureSeq Prep Kit-Pan-solid Tumor 768 Panel

Pan-solid Tumor 768 Panel contained more than 768 genes designed by NCCN, FDA, COSMIC and other databases. It contained tumor genes, HLA-related typing genes, common chemotherapy guidance sites, MSI sites, and a total of 1.3M region.

Based on liquid phase hybridization capture and next generation sequencing technology, a variety of mutation information, including point mutation, insertion/deletion, amplification, copy number variation, microsatellite instability, and tumor mutation burden, can be detected in solid tumor tissue, blood cfDNA and other samples in a single experiment, so as to guide chemotherapy, targeted drugs, and immune drugs for tumor patients.

Product Features:

Storage Condition:

The reagent was composed of three parts, Part1 and Part3 need to be transported at -15 ℃ to -20 ℃ and valid for 12 months at -20±5 ℃. Part2 needs 2~8℃ constant temperature transportation, valid for 12 months at 2~8℃.
