HPV 32 Genotyping Detection
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a small covalent double-stranded circular DNA virus that specifically infects human epithelium and mucosa. The differences of HPVL1 gene or complete genome sequence by more than 10% were identified as a new type. If the difference is less than 2%, it is called a variant. Between types and variants, sequence differences between 2% and 10% are called subtypes. So far, more than 200 types of HPV have been identified.
Geneture HPV 32 Genotyping Detection kit was used for qualitative detection of 32 types of HPV DNA in cervical exfoliated cells of women in vitro by multiplex fluorescent PCR melting curve detection method. Among them, High-Risk type and Potential High-Risk type are related to the occurrence of cervical cancer. Low-risk HPV is generally associated with condyloma acuminatum or low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions and rarely causes invasive cancer. Details include:
l High-risk HPV types: HPV16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 56, 58, 59, 68;
l Potentially high-risk type: HPV26, 53,66,73,82;
l Low-risk type don't: HPV6, 11,40,42,43,44,54,61,67,69,71,72,81,83.

Storage Condition:
